Based on the globalization, internationalization, and industrialization trend of Korean cultural, the hotel culinary department strives to cultivate cooking professionals who are qualified in food sanitation as well as creativeness.

Food Nutrition Major

More people these days are interested in healthier diet. Students train to meet the demands of the food industries in areas of nutrition, food and cooking theories as well as hands-on working capabilities to become professionals in their field.
